All Administrative Staff requirements:

 

The administrative staff is familiar with standard concepts, policies, and procedures in this nonprofit organization.  Relies on judgment and experience to plan and accomplish goals and meet time sensitive project deadlines.  Performs time management on a variety of tasks.  Works under general supervision.  Great communication skills, team-oriented, and community awareness and development.  Enjoys creativity.  Two (2) to four (4) hours of Community Service per month.

 

ALL Administrative staff will receive Monthly Production Bonuses:

  Double Monthly Profit = 5% BONUS on Projected Monthly Salary

  Triple Monthly Profit  = 10% BONUS on Projected Monthly Salary
